RIKUO UEDA - NEW EXHIBITION CATALOGUE

22.01.2019

RIKUO UEDA - LETTER
2018, 60 pages, softcover, texts in German & Japanese, 20€

From May to June of 2018, Rikuo Ueda transformed the Kunst-Station Sankt Peter Köln into a unique space of reflection with the help of an impressive wind drawing apparatus placed in the center of the late gothic church architecture. The exhibition was then opened in collaboration with the contemporary organists Masanori Tamaki and Dominik Susteck and resulted in an improvised sound and art experience.
When looking through the recently published catalogue Rikuo Ueda - letter one may reexperience the microcosm of that exhibition thanks to Kai Kullen's wonderful design, numerous illustrations and versatile text contributions by Sebastian Giesen (Hermann Reemtsma Foundation, Hamburg), Guido Schlimbach, Dominik Susteck (Kunst-Station Sankt Peter Köln), as well as Rikuo Ueda and Mikiko Sato. Copies are available in our gallery or by mail order.
