Born in 1969, Stevan Paul grew up between the Allgäu and Lake Constance and learned the cooking trade with Michelin-starred chef Albert Bouley in 1988. In the years that followed, he cooked in various kitchens awarded by Gault Millau and Michelin. From 1995 to 2000, he worked as an editor at essen & trinken, and since 2000 he has been writing culinary texts and travel reports for Der Feinschmecker, Süddeutsche Zeitung and other publications as a freelance journalist. He is a member of the Food Editors Club Germany. His culinary online magazine NutriCulinary is one of the most widely read gourmet sites in Germany.
