Digital spring meeting of the Stiftung Nantesbuch
Rikuo Ueda's most recent wind drawing, which he recorded on video in conjunction with an excerpt from William Blake's Auguries of Innocence, was invited to the digital spring meeting of the Stiftung Nantesbuch and Museum Sinclair-Haus. These two institutions have invited a total of 100 artists* from all disciplines to submit their digital thoughts on spring. The Museum Sinclair-Haus is a place for contemporary art, whose exhibitions often take up the themes of "nature, creature and creation". The digital spring meeting has now started. The video work ¿Sabe usted algo de la isla Friendship? by artist Shingo Yoshida was invited to the three-day Berlin Video Art Festival. A total of 15 video works by 10 international artists will be streamed live and exclusively on all 3 days from 8 pm to 2 am. Shingo Yoshida's work will be presented on Saturday, 26.04. The exact program and further participating artists can be found on the website of the Berlinische Galerie.

For the upcoming exhibition Fantasy Galaxy, the Tokyo gallery The Ginza Space is temporarily transformed into a kind of cosmic cabinet of mirrors. Where until recently there was solid ground underfoot and a roof over one's head, a spiral salt installation by the artist Motoi Yamamoto now appears, extending into infinity, in the midst of which some of the wondrous deer sculptures by the sculptor Yoshimasa Tsuchida linger. The amazing optical illusion is created by mirrors mounted on both the floor and the ceiling. The ceiling lighting also ensures that the light is reflected on the areas not covered by salt, thus projecting a negative or positive image of the floor installation onto the wall.
